Personal Growth classes are offered in Pleasanton and Martinez one evening a month.
Coppers is the name of the groups in Pleasanton that I’ve been working with for over ten years. We study Feng Shui and whatever is happening energetically. Meetings are once a month in the evenings and cost $20 each time. We smudge with sage before the meeting begins. I usually present some information. We drum and I lead a visualization meditation. Personal growth would be the best way to sum up the meetings. Because even with Feng Shui, we can work on the baguas, but the changes won’t hold if the person doesn’t change within. If there is enough interest, I would start a class in Martinez again.
